Information collected

Website forms collect your name and email address. They may also collect your phone number, organisation, message and details you enter, such as enquiry type, development name, property or development address, suburb or state, property type, lot numbers, existing arrangements, services requested and timing. Supporting document upload is not enabled.

How information is used

Aurvalen uses the information you provide to understand and respond to your enquiry. The website server also uses your IP address to limit repeated form submissions. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future promotional subscription would require a separate opt-in.

How a submission is handled

On the Cloudflare-hosted version of this website, form submissions pass through a Cloudflare Pages Function. It validates the form, checks a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token and applies a per-IP rate limit before sending the details through Resend’s email API to contact@aurvalen.com.au. The website application does not save form contents to a project database. The receiving email is held in the Google Workspace mailbox under its settings and retention practices.

Third-party services and cookies

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts; Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when your browser requests those fonts. Cloudflare Turnstile receives the verification token and technical request information needed to assess form submissions. No analytics, advertising or session-recording service is configured in the website application, and the application does not set analytics or advertising cookies.

Storage and overseas processing

Cloudflare and Resend provide services used to host this version of the website and process form submissions. They may process relevant information in Australia or other countries, depending on service locations and account settings. Resend may retain email delivery records under its service terms and account settings. Retention of hosting and security logs is subject to the relevant providers’ service terms and account settings.
