This multidisciplinary background brings together practical property industry knowledge with commercial insight, financial discipline and a considered approach to long-term asset management.
Experience includes strategic leadership within the body corporate management industry, alongside a substantial career in Australian banking encompassing consumer credit, business analysis and risk management. This combination provides a broader perspective on governance, operational performance, stakeholder relationships and the commercial responsibilities associated with managing property.
Supported by a Master of Business Administration and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Aurvalen's leadership philosophy is grounded in accountability, informed decision-making and enduring professional relationships.
